About Me

Dr Rhonda Biography

I am a naturopathic doctor devoted to helping people who are invested in their health feel well again by understanding their bodies and learning to trust their inner wisdom. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens most effectively when care is thoughtful, continuous, and rooted in partnership rather than quick fixes.

I earned my Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University and bring a broad clinical background that bridges conventional and holistic healthcare. My training includes clinical laboratory science, holistic health, and hands-on therapeutic work, allowing me to translate complex health information into practical, embodied guidance that patients can actually live with.

Over the course of my career, I have worked in leadership roles within medical and laboratory settings, where I developed a deep respect for precision, systems thinking, and the importance of high standards of care. At the same time, my personal experience navigating breast cancer profoundly shaped how I practice medicine. That journey reinforced my commitment to treating the whole person, addressing root causes, and honoring the body’s innate capacity for healing when it is properly supported.

In my practice, I focus on general family care, women’s health, hormone and metabolic balance, digestive health, and supportive cancer care. I work with patients over time through structured care pathways that allow for deeper understanding, steady progress, and sustainable change. My approach integrates nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle counseling, homeopathy, and hands-on bodywork, always guided by the individual needs and rhythms of the person in front of me.

At the heart of my work is a desire to serve my community with clarity, compassion, and integrity. I am known for creating a calm, supportive space where people feel heard, respected, and empowered to participate actively in their own healing.

Outside the clinic, I am a mother and grandmother who finds grounding and joy in time with family, coastal living, backpacking, golfing, and cooking. These rhythms inform my belief that health is not something to be perfected, but something to be lived—steadily, meaningfully, and in relationship.
