The Rhythm Reset is a structured 6-week educational program designed to help you:

This is not a protocol.

It is a process of working with your physiology in a way your body can respond to.

Scope of the Program

The Rhythm Reset is an educational program designed to support awareness of foundational patterns such as sleep, energy, and nervous system regulation.

It is not individualized medical care and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Because of this, the program is available to participants regardless of location.

PROGRAM FLOW

Over 6 weeks, we move through:

  • Stabilizing rhythm
    (sleep, light, energy patterns)

  • Supporting regulation
    (nervous system, stress response)

  • Building resilience
    (metabolic flexibility, recovery)

  • Integrating your personal rhythm
    (sustainable patterns moving forward)

6-week guided program every Tuesday evening from 6:30-7:30pm PST.

Recordings will be available if you are unable to attend in person.

The next cohort starts Tuesday, June 9th, 2026.
