APPROACH
My approach is rooted in restoring rhythm and stability within the body.
Rather than chasing symptoms, we look at how systems are functioning together — including metabolism, nervous system regulation, sleep patterns, and stress physiology.
This allows for a more coherent and sustainable approach to care.

Naturopathic consultations are provided within the scope of licensure and are available to patients located in Oregon.
If you are outside of Oregon, you are welcome to begin with the Rhythm Reset, which is offered as an educational program.
Investment
Initial Consultation: $350.00
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your visit.
Before Your Visit
After scheduling, you will receive intake forms.
These must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so we can use our time together intentionally.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
